Torment all targets or the 2 focus targets and let the ticks drop before recasting. I like parasite because of dispels and it heals. Poison nova being an insta aoe dot does decent damage and heals per hit so I can pressure them and almost be a tank.  Fear dps most of the time (rogue, champ, mage, pally I focus fear usually) till your healer is fine then just fear healer and focus a target to kill. Everyone should be pretty low if all 4 dots are kept up on target and torment/maisma on all.
mana for blood  or cc like deathgrasp, definitely recommend messing with deathgrasp but it burns mana pretty quick with poison novas.

Apply DoTs to as many enemies as you can and keep a good uptime by refreshing quickly. Use Abyssal Spike and Terrify to either go for a kill or peel for your team when they are in danger. Try to apply Pestilence on the priority target to allow for Abyssal Spike bonus damage. Blood of the Undying allows for saves in clutch situations so keep an eye out for when you can use this.
